Beech Court Apartments is located at 201 Beech Street in Bennington.  It opened for occupancy in 1982 and is designed for families.  There are four apartment buildings in the complex, containing a total of 20 apartments.  The two story rowhouse design buildings have a mix of two, three and four bedroom apartments.  There is one ground floor apartment which is designed for wheelchair accessibility. All apartments are equipped with washer & dryer hookups.

A separate Community Building houses a Community Room with kitchen.

There is an onsite basketball court and a playground appropriate for younger children.
