Family Housing

Bennington Housing Authority owns and manages two affordable housing developments designated for families:  

Willowbrook Apartments

Beech Court Apartments

All of the apartments have Section 8 Project-Based Vouchers, which provide rental assistance so that you generally pay no more than 30% of your income for rent.  All utilities (water and sewer, heat, hot water and electricity) are included in the rent.

Applicants must be very low-income, based on HUD Income Limits for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program.

A mentoring program for children, called the DREAM Program, is available to households with children.
